Our updated winter aqua fitness timetable is now live. Six new sessions have been added, including an early-morning Aqua HIIT class starting Monday 2 June.
What’s New
- Aqua HIIT — Monday & Wednesday 6:30am. High-intensity interval training in the shallow end. Suitable for intermediate swimmers and above.
- Gentle Aqua — Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am. Low-impact mobility and strength work, ideal for seniors and those returning from injury.
- Deep Water Running — Friday 7:00am. A zero-impact cardio workout for runners and triathletes cross-training through winter.
How to Book
All aqua fitness classes must be booked in advance through the customer portal. Classes fill quickly, especially the early-morning sessions, so we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead.
Existing members with class add-on access can book immediately. If you are a swim-only member, class add-on pricing is available at the front desk.
