About the Program
Our Deep Aqua class uses buoyancy to deliver a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout. Great for cardio, joint recovery, post-injury rehab or simply mixing up your routine.
Held in the deep end of the 25m Indoor Lap Pool with floatation belts provided. Strong floating ability is required.
