About the Program

A safe, structured environment for 11–15 year olds to build confidence, strength and lifelong fitness habits. Supervised classes during school terms, plus accompanied weekend and holiday access.

Getting started: Sign up, complete a 30-minute trainer-led induction with parent or guardian approval on first visit. Unsupervised training is not permitted.
