Personal Training
A clear, personalised plan built around your goals — strength, weight loss, mobility or performance — with one-on-one coaching, technique support and ongoing accountability. Every member starts with a complimentary 30-minute fitness consultation and body scan.
Sessions: 30 or 45 minutes. 1:1 or 2:1. Single sessions, 5- and 10-packs available.

Teen Gym
A safe, structured environment for 11–15 year olds to build confidence, strength and lifelong fitness habits. Supervised classes during school terms, plus accompanied weekend and holiday access.
- Term-time classes Monday–Thursday at 4:30pm
- 30-minute trainer-led induction required
- Parent or guardian approval on first visit
- Cardio + functional zone access (light weights up to 10kg)
