A safe, structured environment for 11–15 year olds to build confidence, strength and lifelong fitness habits. Supervised classes during school terms, plus accompanied weekend and holiday access.

  • Term-time classes Monday–Thursday at 4:30pm
  • 30-minute trainer-led induction required
  • Parent or guardian approval on first visit
  • Cardio + functional zone access (light weights up to 10kg)

FAQs

Do I need to book for every class?
Yes. Bookings are essential for all sessions including Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Aqua, Small Group Training and Technique Tutorials.
How far in advance can I book a class?
Up to 4 days in advance — to give everyone a fair chance to secure their favourite session.
What happens if I'm late or forget to attend?
Entry closes 5 minutes after class start. Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked, and repeat offenders may have booking access paused for 7 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 4 hours before class start to free your spot for a waitlisted member and avoid a no-show penalty.
Do you accept Fitness Passport?
Yes — Fitness Passport is accepted at North Sydney Olympic Pool gym.
Can I visit the gym casually?
Yes. Adult casual visits and concession rates are available — see Casual Entry Fees.
